Pilates is productive for corrective therapy and is also one of the best forms of exercise for the everyday full body workouts. Pilates is known for core strengthening, however it is much more.

When done correctly, Pilates is a full body and mind exercise program performed on either a mat/ floor or on specialized Pilates apparatus. 

All movements are based on Joe Pilates principles of Contrology:  awareness, balance, breathe, concentration, centering, control, efficient movement, flow, precision and harmony.
